Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

In short

  • Your purchase is for your own professional use.
  • Please don't share your access link, or redistribute the content.
  • Updates are included at no extra cost.
  • It's an educational tool — not medical advice, and not a substitute for your own judgment.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Floletics website at floletics.com, and any digital products, reference tools, or educational materials we provide or sell (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Floletics LLC (“Floletics,” “we,” or “us”).

By using the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. Our educational products are intended for qualified movement professionals — Pilates instructors, movement educators, and similar practitioners — and for people using them to support their own learning within their scope of practice.

3. Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown on the product page and are payable at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card details.

The Floletics Clinical System is a digital product. After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an access card containing a private link. The Clinical System opens in your web browser — there is nothing physical to ship, and nothing to install.

Access does not expire. If you have any trouble opening your purchase, email support@floletics.com and we'll help.

4. Your licence to use the Clinical System

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Clinical System for your own professional practice and continuing education.

You may:

  • Use it to inform your own teaching, planning, and client sessions
  • Open it on your own phone, tablet, and computer
  • Apply what you learn from it in your professional work

Please don't:

  • Share your access link, or post it publicly
  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or republish the content
  • Reproduce substantial portions in your own teaching materials, courses, or products for sale
  • Use it to train, fine-tune, or build an automated or AI system

Teaching teams and studios: a single purchase covers one practitioner. If you'd like access for a team, please get in touch and we'll sort out something appropriate.

5. Updates and changes to the product

The Clinical System is actively developed. We add cards, refine wording, and improve the system over time. Your access includes these updates at no additional cost — your link always opens the current version, and there's nothing to re-download.

Because it is a living resource, the content may change. We may add, revise, reorganise, or remove material as our understanding develops or as the evidence base changes. We don't guarantee that any particular card, section, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

We aim to keep the Services available continuously, but we may occasionally need to take them offline for maintenance, or make changes to how they are delivered.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Services — text, structure, card system, design, images, and educational framework — is owned by Floletics LLC and protected by copyright. Purchasing access gives you a licence to use the content; it does not transfer ownership of it.

Our educational materials are informed by contemporary movement science and clinical literature, and are interpreted and written entirely in Floletics' own language and framework. Third-party names, sources, and trademarks referenced in the content belong to their respective owners.

7. Educational purpose and scope of practice

The Services are educational. They support clinical reasoning within your own scope of practice. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for individual assessment, and using them does not create a healthcare professional relationship.

You remain responsible for your own professional decisions. Always screen your clients, work within your training and any applicable licensing requirements, and refer to an appropriate healthcare provider when indicated.

8. Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. Our full policy, including the situations where we will help or make an exception, is set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — for example, if an access link is shared publicly or the content is redistributed. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll contact you first.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We put real care into the accuracy of our materials, but movement science evolves and interpretations differ. The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don't warrant that the content is complete, current, or suitable for any particular client or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floletics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
